Next Saturday, September 12th, the fifth annual Holmes County Art Festival be held in downtown Millersburg. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be centered around the courthouse area near the square. Organizers say the event is free, will feature more than two dozen venders and there will be activities for people of all ages.
