Berlin-area organizations, businesses, residents and vehicle owners can now register to participate in the Harvest Fest Parade taking place September 12th in Berlin. The annual event is organized by the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau and the Berlin Main Street Merchants. Organizers say each entry must be affiliated with a business or organization, except for car and agricultural equipment owners. There is no charge to participate, but all entries must be preregistered and submitted by August 29th. Registration forms are available online.
