The OneOhio Recovery Foundation has awarded funds for projects serving Wayne, Holmes and Ashland counties as part of a $3 million round of regional grants aimed at substance abuse prevention and treatment The largest local award went to the Boys & Girls Club of Wooster, which received $250,000 for its substance use prevention programming, while NAMI of Wayne and Holmes Counties was awarded $150,000 to help develop a Community Wellness and Engagement Campus. Combined, five organizations serving Wayne, Holmes and Ashland counties were awarded more than $600,000.
