The annual Hearts for Heartland fundraiser is returning to Orrville this summer. The event will be held on August 7th, at Jarrett headquarters, on North Main Street. The fundraiser will include silent and live auctions, dinner provided by Old Carolina Barbeque and a recognition ceremony honoring students involved in Heartland Education Community programs. General admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children, with limited VIP tickets available for $50. Last year’s Hearts for Heartland fundraiser raised more than $100,000 for the Heartland Education Community, which supports Orrville students through a variety of programs, including OHuddle mentorship and Character Counts.
