A special screening of the Oscar-nominated film “Margin Call” will be taking place this weekend in Wooster. The event is scheduled for Saturday night, at 8pm at The Lyric Theater, and is part of The College of Wooster’s Reunion Weekend. The film’s writer and director, J.C. Chandor, who graduated from the college in 1996, will introduce his film and participate in a Q&A session afterward. Chandor received an Academy Award nomination for best original screenplay for “Margin Call.” The 2011 film features an ensemble cast including Demi Moore and Stanley Tucci. It follows a group of traders and executives at a Wall Street investment bank during the 2008 financial crisis. Tickets are $10 and available online or at the door on a first-come, first-served basis.
