Due to Monday being Presidents’ Day, next week’s Wooster City Council meeting will take place on Tuesday night, rather than Monday evening. Prior to their regular meeting that night, which will begin at 7pm, council members will get together for a special work session at 6pm to discuss a proposed roundabout for the intersections of Burbank, Oldman and Winkler. Both of Tuesday night’s meeting will be open to the public.
