The West Holmes Local Schools Board of Education has appointed Joel Yoder to fill Eric Strouse’s vacant board seat. Yoder was chosen from a field of four finalists. The school board said that as a group it decided how each candidate could work together to make educational decisions. The board said it believes that Yoder stood out as an excellent choice.
