Pennsylvania-based Diehl Automotive Group has expanded its Ohio presence with the acquisition of two dealerships in Wooster from Firelands Auto Group. The transaction closed March 31st. The acquired stores have been rebranded under the Diehl name. Firelands Toyota of Wooster has become Diehl Toyota of Wooster and Firelands Volkswagen is now Diehl Volkswagen of Wooster. The Diehl Automotive Group is based in western Pennsylvania and previously acquired the Waikem Auto Family in Massillon. It marks the latest chapter in Diehl Automotive’s ongoing growth strategy, which has seen the group scale to more than 20 stores across Pennsylvania and Ohio.
