A small tornado touched down Tuesday night in Wayne County, snapping and uprooting trees and damaging several homes and buildings.  According to the National Weather Service, the EF0 tornado touched down just before 10pm near Apple Creek.  The tornado touched down just west of Honeytown Road, and then lifted after crossing Honeytown Road. It was on the ground for less than a minute and covered about one-tenth of a mile, with a maximum width of 75 yards. Weather service officials say it generated wind speeds of 85 mph.  No injuries were reported.
