The Ashland High School marching band was still able to perform at Disney World even though several of its instruments were stolen after arriving in Florida.  The band arrived in Orlando last Saturday, two days before performing at Disney World.  That night, a trailer that contained the band’s instruments was broken into while in the parking lot of the hotel where the band was staying. About 20% of the instruments were stolen. Fortunately, an Orlando music store opened on Sunday and rented replacement instruments for the students. The band has set up a GoFundMe account to cover the cost of renting the instruments and also to purchase replacements for those that were stolen.
