Armstrong and Massillon Cable TV announced this week that they have entered into an agreement for Armstrong to acquire MCTV. The Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the addition of MCTV will expand Armstrong’s footprint in the Ohio and West Virginia regions. The proposed transaction is still subject to certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The deal is expected to close sometime in the second quarter of this year.
