The Wayne County Health Department, in collaboration with the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, will be hosting its next monthly pop-up food pantry on Monday, November 10th, from11am-1pm in the parking lot to its offices in Wooster. Last month’s pantry served over 130 area families. Individuals and families can receive food if their income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The Health Department kindly asks for those who will be coming to the food pantry to enter through the alley off Walnut Street, as the alley is one way. Also, anyone interested in volunteering to help with the pop-up pantry can contact the Wayne County Health Department.
