In Wooster traffic news, beginning today, there will be a moving closure on W. Milltown Rd, from State Route 83 to Friendsville Road. According to the city, the contractor will start the closure at Friendsville and move it to 83 as work progresses. Here at the beginning of the week, access to businesses will be from 83. As work continues, access to businesses will shift to Friendsville. The closures will remain in effect overnight. Also starting today, and lasting about a week, the southbound lane of Melrose Drive, from Wildwood to East Milltown, will be closed each day from 6a to 6p for work on phase three of the Wooster Loop project. Local traffic will be maintained via temporary traffic signals, but the city says delays should be expected.
