A Columbiana County mother is advocating for new legislation after her son died from injuries sustained last year in a traffic accident in Holmes County.  The proposed Zachary’s Law 2025 would require designated lanes for non-motorized vehicles on roads with speed limits of 55 mph or higher.  The accident occurred when 19-year old Zachary Wensel’s motorcycle crashed into the back of an SUV that had slowed down for a horse-drawn buggy.
