Wooster City Council has approved a zoning change that will allow an 84-unit housing development to be built along Burbank Road. The city says the project, which will include single-family and multifamily homes, aims to address Wooster’s housing shortage and diversify its housing options. The development will be located just west of the state Route 83 and Burbank Road intersection. Final development plans will still need to be submitted before construction actually begins.
