The city of Medina is getting ready to move forward with a renovation project at its 1969 courthouse.  City officials say the first step will include some interior demolition work and asbestos removal.  This portion of the project is expected to cost roughly $2 million.  Interested bidders will submit their proposals later this month.  The total cost of the renovation project is currently estimated at just under $13 million.
