Dog registration time is here again. The annual registration period officially began yesterday and will run through the end of January. In Wayne County, fees are the same as last year − $16 for one year, $48 for three years and $160 for a lifetime license. The fee in Holmes County is $17 per dog. After the January 31st deadline though, the fee increases to $34 per dog. More information for each county can be found online.
