The Wayne County Izaak Walton League is putting on a mobility-impaired deer hunt. This hunt, which will take place December 1st, 2nd and 3rd, near West Salem, will allow permanently or temporarily disabled people the opportunity to hunt during this year’s deer gun season. Hunting experience is not needed, but a valid hunting license and deer permit are required for each hunter. A hunter orientation event is scheduled for Sunday, November 24th. The deadline to sign up is this Saturday.
