A new milk dispensary at Wooster Community Hospital is now up and running.  The dispensary, which is part of the OhioHealth Mothers’ Milk Bank, allows area families, with a prescription, to pick up pasteurized breast milk for their infants.  Wooster Community Hospital was already a drop-off location for the milk bank, with donations taken to Columbus, but with the dispensary, it has become only the third site in the state where breast milk can be obtained.  The goal of the milk bank is to provide milk to infants whose mothers are unable to produce enough for their babies.  More information can be found online.
