Numbers have been released on the amount of people who have already cast their vote locally.  The Ohio Secretary of State’s Office says that of Wayne County’s more than 70,000 registered voters, over 24,000 of them, as of Monday, voted early.  Roughly 17,000 Wayne County residents voted early in-person, while an additional 7,000 Wayne Countians returned an absentee ballot by mail.  Of Holmes County’s 18,000 registered voters, more than a third decided to vote early, either by mail or in-person.
