The Holmes County Council on Aging is asking voters next month to approve a 5-year, 0.19 mill levy. If passed on November 5th, the levy would be used to fund the county’s senior citizens programs, including Meals on Wheels. Should voters say yes, the levy would generate roughly $300,000 a year.
