The Wayne County Historical Society is hosting a new exhibit on Wayne County’s pottery history, featuring pieces of rare pottery from 1836-1965 that have never before seen together in one place. The exhibit includes examples from Doylestown’s Graham & Hower Pottery, Houghton/Dalton Pottery, Wooster’s Samuel Routson Pottery, Orrville’s Hall & Erb Pottery, Frank Foster’s Mt. Eaton Pottery and Fredericksburg Pottery. The exhibit will run through Dec. 28, with tours available every Saturday afternoon from 1-4 p.m.
