The Cloverleaf High School girls basketball team, in cooperation with the group Cloverleaf Junior Achievement, recently raised $3,000 in memory of 2005 Cloverleaf High School graduate Lauren Ramey, who passed away of cancer this past October at the age of 37. The funds, which will benefit Ramey’s son, were raised through a foundation basketball game held earlier this season in the new Cloverleaf High School gymnasium. Ramey was a three-sport athlete during her time at Cloverleaf, playing basketball, volleyball and softball.
