Two Holmes County families have been chosen to partner with Holmes County Habitat for Humanity on new homes planned for 2027. The organization announced the selection of the McCluggage family and the Stump family. Both families completed the application process and will work with the nonprofit as they build and purchase their homes. The nonprofit says it is accepting interest from landowners, volunteers and community partners as it prepares for future projects. Applications for the 2028 homeownership program are expected to open this upcoming spring.
