The Wayne County Board of Elections will hold a public certification for the May 5 Primary Election tomorrow afternoon. The public certification will take place at 1 o’clock at the board of election’s offices in Wooster, which are located inside the Vanover Building. The equipment used to vote and tabulate results will be tested at that time, and the testing procedure is open to the public.
