The city of Wooster is reminding motorists that for the next three weeks, portions of East Milltown Rd and Melrose Dr will have periodic lane closures so that American Electric Power can relocate utility poles in preparation for phase three of the city’s Bike Loop project. The closures on Milltown will be between Friendsville and Melrose, while the closures on Melrose will be between Wedgewood and Redwood Apartments Dr. Two-way traffic will be maintained in one lane, but delays should be expected.
