Wayne County’s Soil and Water Conservation District has elected two new supervisors.  Marissa Dillon and Tate Emerson were chosen from a field of four candidates during the district’s annual meeting to fill seats vacated by outgoing supervisors Scott Stoller and Dustin Ramsier. In addition to the elections, the district used its annual meeting to present Roger Baker with the Big Tree Award and the Conservation Farm Award, while Tom Dilyard received the organization’s Conservation Education Award.
