The Wayne County Schools Career Center will host its annual Open House on Thursday, December 4, from 5-7:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend, with a special invitation extended to all Wayne County eighth, ninth and tenth graders and their families. High School juniors, meanwhile, are invited to tour the career center’s RAMTEC facility and learn about two half-day, senior-only programs, Machining Technologies and Robotics & Automation. And finally, High School seniors and adults are encouraged to explore Adult Education programs and discover career-focused training opportunities available after graduation. Building tours will be led by staff guides, but maps will also be available for those who want to tour the building on their own.
