Chippewa and Norwayne High Schools’ robotics programs have partnered with Wooster Community Hospital to create robots for delivering lab samples. The hospital says the robots will improve lab turnaround times by providing a more consistent and reliable delivery method, and at the same time freeing up staff members for other tasks. The idea for the collaboration reportedly began with a meeting between the hospital’s IT staff and leadership.
