The village of Nashville has secured $1.3 million in grants to upgrade its water system.  The project includes a 90,000-gallon water storage tank, two new wells and an underground water treatment tank.  Village officials say the upgrades will improve fire safety and provide a reliable water system for the next 50 years.  Work on the project is scheduled to begin June 1st, and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
