Quota of Wayne County has awarded 10 voice amplification systems to teachers in schools throughout the area. The devices, which amplify the teachers’ voices, are designed to reduce vocal strain and improve students’ ability to hear instructions. Three teachers at Cornerstone Elementary in Wooster, three at Rittman Elementary, one at Central Christian School in Kidron and two at Wooster Christian recently had the systems installed in their classrooms. Funding was provided through a sponsorship from Star Strategies LLC, as well as Quota’s annual fundraising efforts.
