The  Wooster City School District is seeking community input as it begins developing a new strategic plan.  The district is collaborating with the Impact Group, a firm that specializes in strategic planning and community engagement for school districts, to guide the new strategic plan.  The process will focus on evaluating current practices, identifying future needs and establishing student-centered goals informed by community input.   An in-person focus group is scheduled for 7 p.m. on March 10 in the Wooster High School library. A virtual focus group will be held at 7 p.m. March 12, with the meeting link available on the district’s website and social media.
