The Wayne County Care Center has opened a new assisted living floor, expanding its services to offer residents on-site medical care and amenities. The new floor, located above the center’s long-term care and skilled nursing unit, features private apartments for individuals who wish to maintain their independence but benefit from daily support. The new assisted living floor has four units, with two more under renovation and expected to open next month.
