Wayne County philanthropist Barry Romich is being recognized for his efforts to support area libraries. Romich was recently named the recipient of the 2025 Local Library Champion Award, which is handed out each year by the Ohio Library Council. The award will be presented to Romich during a ceremony on November 19th at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland. The event is part of the Ohio Library Council’s annual Convention and Expo.
