Millersburg residents will be voting this fall on whether to allow a recreational marijuana dispensary to operate in the village. Three issues concerning the dispensary will appear on November’s general election ballot. If the measures are approved, Precision Cannabis CBD would be a recreational, full-service store selling CBD products, including gummies, oils and gels.
