The Heartland Technical Education Center is the new name for the Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center. The rebranding comes as the career center is undergoing renovation and reconstruction, with much of the work completed this summer. The project is expected to be completely finished by next September. The career center serves high school students from the Ashland, Hillsdale, Loudonville, Mapleton and West Holmes districts.
