The County Line Historical Society of Wayne & Holmes Counties will be putting on an event next month about one of our nation’s founding fathers. John Burke, a lifelong resident of Medina County, will bring history to life with his portrayal of Oliver Wolcott, who signed both the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation. The free event, happening at the historic Shreve Presbyterian Church, will take place on Saturday, August 16th, beginning that afternoon at 1’o clock.
